Do the vans have bicycle storage/cycle rack?
We can provide that for $10 per night - Its a Thule 4 bike Apex bike rack that folds down and out of the way so you can still access the van from the rear doors.
Is heating available for cold nights?
Yes, the van gets really warm and toasty whenever you need it to be. Just turn on the heat on the management control panel to your desired temperature.
How about AC?
Yes, there's an AC unit in the ceiling towards the rear of the Van to provide the most comfortable stay possible.
Are we able to use our own bedding/linens?
Yes, absolutely! Just send us a message so we can plan accordingly.
How does the free mileage and overages work?
Book Direct with us with code VIP PERKS and you'll get 150 free miles per day, for each day you book. So if you book for 7 nights, you'll get a total of 1050 total miles free. Overages are charged at .60 cents per mile. So if you booked for 7 nights and returned the van with 1200 miles, the first 1050 will not be counted, the remaining 150 miles would be charged at .60 cents: 150 x .60 = $90 additional payment.
Can you do an early pick-up or late drop-off?
Yes, provided you book direct with us with code VIP PERKS, if the Van is available we can accomodate earlier pick ups and later drop offs free of charge. (subject to availability) We will know if the Van is available 24 hours prior to the requested event. If you wish to guarantee this request, we can block either the previous day or the next day for a 50% discount per event.
Will we need a special type of toilet paper?
Yes, each van requires RV Toilet Paper, a special toilet paper that dissolves quickly. You can order it on Amazon, or most camping stores. Of course, we'll provide you with a couple rolls to get you started.
Do we have to bring a microwave? How do we heat food?
We have a convection stove/microwave combination in the van ready for you.
Where do we leave our car?
You can find free local street parking subject to availability, please be aware the area is still under massive development and the area may feel "gritty" Alternatively we can deliver the Van for you for a minimum of $120 or $4 per mile.
Eat & Drink
Plates, bowls, coffee mugs, cups, silverware, ground coffee maker etc. It’s all there.
Cooking
Pots, pans, toaster, mixing bowls, colander, cutting board, sharp knives, can & wine opener, baking sheet, etc. Everything you’d expect, and much more, is included.
Sleeping
RVs come with bedding provided you ask in advance – sheets and blankets – with pillows, of course! Towels can also be provided. Just let us know
Camping
4 rolls of TP (most important), are included; feel free to bring your favorite shampoo, body wash, coffee, etc
Extra's - Add-ONs
We can provide add-ons such as a gas grill, a bike rack, a commercial-grade EZ pass, Satellite Dish, camping chairs and so so much more. Just select what you want at check out and we will do the rest.
